Returns & Shipping
We charge a flat rate $5 per 6 units. There is a helpful pricing calculator at the bottom of the checkout page which will break down how many units are in your order and what you bill be charged.
We currently do not offer returns.
We inspect our products thoroughly before they go out for shipment. If your candle gets damaged during transit, please send us a photo at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days and we would be happy to assist you.
In the event that your package gets damaged during transit, you may exchange your unused candle for a full refund.
Currently we only ship to the US.
